* Setting up the bar ready for service
* To fully understand all the drinks on the menu
* Fulfilling customer drink orders accurately and promptly
* Restocking the bar in quieter times
* Cleaning the bar, washing glasses, wiping down surfaces
* Taking payments
* Verifying age and checking ID
* To provide excellent customer service with every guest
