Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Receptionist to join our forward-thinking team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about patient care, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and is eager to contribute to the growth and success of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
* Patient Interaction: Warmly greet patients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage patient check-ins, appointments, and provide clear information about our services.
-Scheduling & Coordination: Efficiently manage the clinic's appointment calendar, including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments. Coordinate with the dental and skin care teams to ensure smooth patient flow and minimal wait times.
* Administrative Duties:Handle incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication with professionalism and accuracy. Maintain patient records, manage billing inquiries, and assist with insurance processing as needed.
* Technology & Innovation: Embrace and utilize the clinic's modern systems and technology to improve efficiency. Provide input on how to enhance patient experience and streamline office processes.
* Patient Experience Enhancement: Actively listen to patient feedback and collaborate with the team to implement improvements. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and reflects the clinic's brand.
* Support Practice Growth: Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies, including patient referral programs, social media engagement, and community outreach. Help identify opportunities for the clinic to stay ahead in the industry by being informed about the latest trends in dental and dermatological care.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with all clinic staff to ensure a cohesive team environment. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to help the practice grow and evolve.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficient in the use of modern office technology, including electronic health records (EHR) systems.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a desire to contribute to the clinic's success.
* An understanding of or interest in dental and skin care services is a plus.
