School Administrator - Term Time Only Location: Blackburn with Darwen Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm Pay: £16.25 per hour Contract: Temp to Perm We are currently seeking an organised, professional School Administrator to join a busy school office in Blackburn with Darwen. This role is term-time only, working Monday to Friday, and is initially temporary with the view to becoming permanent for the right person. Key responsibilities: Managing reception duties and being a first point of contact for parents, students, staff and visitors Handling incoming calls / emails and managing internal communications Updating student information on the school's system ( SIMS) Processing documentation, data entry and general office administration Supporting attendance processes & safeguarding admin where required Preparing letters, reports and correspondence Supporting SLT and wider school admin functions as needed Requirements: Previous administration experience is essential Experience working with CRM systems / school systems required Ideally previous school or education sector experience but transferable admin backgrounds will be considered Strong attention to detail, time management and communication skills
