Role Overview
We are looking for an Architect to join our team in Glasgow, working on multiple high-end residential projects. You will support design development, produce detailed drawings, coordinate with interior designers, project managers, and the construction team, and help bring our ambitious projects to life.
This role is perfect for a skilled, motivated architect who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to contribute to the design of exceptional luxury homes.
Key Responsibilities
* Produce architectural drawings, plans, sections, and 3D models for luxury residential projects
* Collaborate closely with interior designers, project managers, and other architects to ensure designs are buildable and meet client expectations
* Support technical development, detailing, and coordination with consultants and contractors
* Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and best practices
* Assist with project presentations and visualisations for clients
* Contribute to problem-solving and design solutions on multiple projects simultaneously
* Support the senior architectural team in managing timelines and project deliverables
* Maintain high standards of accuracy, detail, and luxury finishes
Candidate Profile
* Minimum 5 years' experience as an architect, preferably in high-end residential projects
* Proficiency in Archicad preferred; candidates confident in Revit who can transfer skills quickly will also be considered
* Strong technical knowledge of residential construction and detailing
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Highly organised, proactive, and motivated to meet tight deadlines
* Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Fluent in English; French is a strong advantage
* Hands-on approach and willing to contribute to both design and coordination tasks
