Corporate Commercial Solicitor, 5+ PQE, Northampton. Salary: GBP 60K plus.
Role
- Managing a strong pipeline of high‑quality corporate commercial work.
- Working in partnership with experienced partners who support professional development.
- Providing the opportunity to take on increased responsibility, influence the firm’s direction and mentor junior members.
- Handling all aspects of corporate and commercial practice such as demergers, joint ventures, corporate restructures, M&A, commercial contracts and corporate governance.
Candidate
- Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience in managing an independent caseload of corporate commercial matters.
- Experience building long‑term client relationships and delivering an exceptional service.
- Experience supporting and mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to a team’s development.
- Ability to drive business growth through networking and business‑development activities.
