Lead Procurement Project Manager
Belfast Hybrid working
This is a brand-new Senior Procurement leadership position accountable for ensuring the external supply chain delivers for the HIRST bid & project phases. For critical export programmes in collaboration with UK MOD, Thales delivers Short Range Air Defence (SHORAD) capability and associated support services to increase interoperability and mutual capability benefits for the end-user. The Lead PPM will coordinate with the bid and product development teams to define the work package needs, competitiveness objectives and target costs, and will develop a supply chain architecture to deliver the full bid/product requirements. The Lead PPM will also lead the creation and management of risk-managed Terms and Conditions for all supply chain elements and act as the lead Supply Chain architect for the assigned campaign, bid or project. The role may support activities across the UK as needed.
