Head of Environmental Estate and Grounds – overseeing our 250‑acre campus, managing gardens, parkland and sports grounds while providing strategic leadership in environmental stewardship.
About you
Hands‑on leadership role demanding physical stamina, practical skills and a love of working outdoors in all seasons.
Qualifications: Proven experience in environmental leadership, policy development and data analysis; practical horticultural expertise in plant care, organic practices, soil and sports turf management; proficiency with garden machinery and tools; strong understanding of Health & Safety and environmental legislation relevant to grounds management and sustainability.
