Location & Hours
Location: Devonport Dockyard, Plymouth, Devon. Enjoy the flexibility of some remote work options!
Hours: 45 hours per week – Permanent, Full Time

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our nuclear team in delivering an exciting redevelopment project at the Dockyard. Your daily tasks will include:
* Maintaining and operating an effective Quality Management System at all levels.
* Providing site training and mentoring on Quality Management System requirements, along with guidance on Quality matters.
* Preparing, reviewing, and evaluating Inspection & Test Plans, including those from subcontractors.
* Overseeing the material approval process by inspecting delivered materials to ensure they meet project requirements and tracking all necessary certifications.
* Collaborating with delivery teams to ensure timely sign-off of Inspection & Test Plans by attending weekly meetings with the Client.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you have:
* Academic Qualifications in Civil Engineering, Quality, or a Construction-related field (HNC, BSc, MSc, BEng, MEng).
* A valid CSCS - White PQP/AQP card.
