CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL

QED Legal is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join a reputable law firm based in Basildon, Essex, on a full-time basis.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience directly assisting a fee earner or multiple fee earners, preferably within a Residential Conveyancing department, but candidates from other areas will be considered.
You should have experience with SDLT Returns and Land Registry processes, as well as assisting with general leasehold and freehold matters.
Good telephone manners, audio typing skills, and efficient general office skills are essential.
