Position: Trainee Manager at Deichmann
Purpose: We are seeking a motivated individual to join us on a full-time, permanent basis with an initial salary of £29,500 per annum. The role involves supporting and managing stores across the surrounding area, initially based in a single store and progressing towards store management.
Ideal Candidate: An ambitious team member or supervisor looking to advance into store management. You will undergo comprehensive training, with the possibility of becoming a Cover Manager and eventually a Store Manager.
Requirements:
* Previous retail experience or related sector
* Flexibility to travel across multiple stores
* Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
* Ability to plan, coordinate resources, and deliver excellent customer service
Key Activities:
1. Motivate and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service
2. Lead by example in promoting and selling products
3. Manage staffing, including drafting rotas within budget
4. Oversee stock management
5. Analyze sales data and recommend improvements
6. Maintain company standards in merchandising and administration
7. Support KPI delivery and team recruitment and training
