Our client is a well-established bakery in the heart of Central London, seeking a talented Pasty Chef to join our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, ensuring high quality and consistency.
Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and seasonal offerings.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a pastry chef or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and recipes.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a passion for quality.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
