Key Account Manager – Healthcare Kingston upon Thames
Permanent, Full Time – onsite role
ISS have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager, with a strong Healthcare background, to lead and manage one of their fast-paced, busy Healthcare accounts on a permanent basis.
As the Key Account Manager on the account, you will be the main, single point of contact for the client in the contract for all things strategic and tactical to ensure that ISS maintains a sustainable, successful and long term relationship. You will be required to ensure operational delivery in the contract, meeting the contractual responsibilities and to manage development and growth opportunities and retention of the contract.
Drive operational development of IFS/FM solutions across the account
Develop and maintain the Account Development Plan involving key stakeholders
Set up and manage client interactions across the country account with focus on innovation and best practice sharing
Follow up resource performance balance.
Ensure delivery of services in accordance with agreed contract requirements and the assigned OPF/Operational processes
Ensure excellence in service delivery
Develop and lead the development of delivery of Soft Services
Map and mitigate operational and commercial risks on the contract in relation to the optimization of profit.
Report and analyse measurements according to contract and ISS demands and drive performance projects
Analysing, querying and consolidation the monthly reported financial results
Manage client interactions and maintain stakeholder influence plan across the account
Ensure focus on continuous improvement and quality of delivery
Plan and drive seasonal and opportunity above base sales
Identify key customer retention factors, and over-manage performance and development to drive retention
Manage and provide leadership, guidance and support to Site Managers and their colleagues while being compliant to all relevant policies and processes in relation to people management
Monitor and follow up the management of people, materials and financial resources to maintain budgetary control and profitability (P/L)
Previous experience within a similar role, ideally within Healthcare
FM industry or experience from service-industry and supplier management
Strong people management and leadership skills
