What You'll Be Doing: Delivering high-quality training to apprentices on land-based service engineering programmes Developing engaging course materials, including virtual and blended learning resources Providing clear and constructive feedback to support learner progress Conducting regular learner reviews and monitoring health, safety, and welfare Promoting high standards of behaviour, achievement, and professionalism Keeping your own skills sharp through ongoing training and development Supporting a diverse and inclusive learning environment What You'll Need: A minimum Level 3 qualification in engineering or a related subject Solid hands-on experience with agricultural or plant machinery A natural ability to communicate, coach, and engage others Experience in training, mentoring, or developing others (formal teaching not essential) A commitment to learner success and safeguarding Why Join?
