A long established and highly regarded company in South London/Surrey is looking for an experienced Property Solicitor to join its in-house legal team.
You will work alongside highly regarded Solicitors and Lawyers, with backgrounds in Legal 500 private practices, who are now benefiting from the atmosphere and support of working in-house.

About you:
- Experience managing site acquisitions including negotiating planning ageements (Section 106), drafting contracts, options and promotion agreements
- Have 5 or more years of PQE as a solicitor in the UK
- Expereince in either private practice or in-house environments
