Registered Home Manager (Nurse Qualified)

We’re recruiting a Registered Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN) to lead a respected nursing home in Bath that provides person-centred, compassionate care to older residents.
In this role, you’ll combine clinical leadership, governance oversight, and staff development to deliver care that meets and exceeds CQC standards.
You’ll guide a dedicated team of nurses and carers, ensuring exceptional quality, safety, and dignity for every resident.
You’ll need:
* NMC registration (RN, RGN, or RMN).
* Proven experience managing within a nursing or care home setting.
* Solid understanding of CQC compliance, safeguarding, and quality improvement.
