Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum Level of Education Required : Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Level of Education : Master’s Degree
Area of Specialisation : Project Management, Facility Management, HSE, Engineering, and an understanding of Research & Development and Laboratory environments
Minimum Level of Job-Related Experience Required:
1. Significant (10+ years) professional Facility services or Real Estate experience in a comparable large, complex company
2. Significant leadership experience (5+ years at Director level or above)
3. Strong capability to execute; this is core to the role
4. Strategy development and implementation; strong value creation capability
5. Strong stakeholder management and strategic influencing skills
6. Strong people leadership and management skills
7. Strong capability to drive accountability
8. Strong business and financial acumen
9. Strong technical expertise
10. Demonstrated decision making capability
11. Demonstrated relationship management skills
12. Demonstrated programme management capability
13. Understanding of legal/ compliance/ regulatory frameworks
