We’re looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to lead the efficient, secure, and scalable delivery of IT services across our organisation. Acting as the single front door for IT services, you’ll manage service operations, infrastructure, cloud environments, and change processes while driving automation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the end-to-end IT service lifecycle, including incident, problem, change, and request management.
* Oversee hybrid infrastructure (on-prem and cloud) and SaaS lifecycle management.
* Implement IT governance frameworks aligned with SOC2 Type II and ISO27001.
* Lead IT projects and manage CI/CD pipelines for controlled, auditable releases.
* Engage stakeholders to define services and ensure alignment with business needs.
* Mentor IT support and infrastructure teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong experience in change management and managing complex technical environments.
* In-depth knowledge of ITIL, service management, and governance frameworks.
* Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google) and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
* Familiarity with SOC2, ISO27001, and regulatory compliance.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
