What You'll Be Doing You'll be right at the heart of delivery, helping major change initiatives stay on track by: Keeping plans, milestones and schedules up to date Managing RAID logs (and actually using them!) Supporting resource forecasting and capacity planning Producing clear, meaningful programme reporting Driving consistency and best practice across the PMO In short: you'll be the calm, organised force behind complex programmes.
