* Salary: £30,648.00 - £38,610.00 per annum*
* Location: Cumbernauld
* Quarterly performance-related bonus (up to £4k per annum).

About You
* Have managed and developed a team.
* Have excellent relationship-building skills and experience in a customer facing role.
* Enjoy working in a busy environment.
* Be flexible as weekend working will be required.
* Ideally we are seeking a Slovakian or Romanian speaker due to the customer base of the store, however this is not a requirement.
* If you are multilingual this is an added bonus but not a requirement.
