THE ROLE:
The appointed candidate will handle a broad caseload of private client matters including will drafting, estate administration, Court of Protection work, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and obtaining Grants of Representation. You will also be expected to contribute to the department’s growth through business development, networking, and client relationship management
THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (newly qualified candidates with experience will be considered) with a background in private client law. You will bring excellent communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of commercial awareness. Experience supervising junior staff is an advantage but not essential.
