Service Administrator AGM Service Department (South) About the role In your role as Service Administrator, you will provide administrative assistance to ensure the smooth running of the Service Office. In this role your key responsibilities will include: Answering the Service Office phone Scheduling and making appointments for maintenance jobs Handing all customer enquiries in a polite manner, providing good customer service at all times and forging good relationships with our clients and other departments Raising callouts Preparing one-off Service quotations Submitting permits Providing relevant paperwork to customers; RAMS, visit reports etc. Assisting with day to day Service Office tasks Essential qualifications, experience and skills required for the role: Organised and self-motivated Competent Microsoft Office user Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and written Attention to detail Customer focused A pleasant and friendly “can do” attitude Good telephone manner If you feel you’re a good fit for this position, please click ‘apply’!
