The Role
As a
Project/Resource Planner
, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of onshore and offshore operations. You'll be responsible for developing and managing integrated site plans, resource scheduling, and logistics – all to support our mission of delivering safe, efficient, and optimized renewable energy projects.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage long, mid, and short-term integrated site plans and schedules for all onshore and offshore works.
* Forecast demand across the year (vessels, resources, spares, tools, contractors) and propose innovative solutions to maximize productivity.
* Create and maintain resource models to optimize site yield and propose efficient work patterns.
* Identify planning risks and opportunities, offering solutions to improve schedule resilience and site performance.
* Translate long-term schedules into daily execution plans and generate daily transfer/PAX lists.
* Plan and optimize logistics to maximize WTG time and minimize travel.
* Maintain accurate records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP) – including job request management and closure.
* Track and report progress across O&M activities including retrofits, inspections, service campaigns, and jack-up operations.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience as a Project or Resource Planner in a complex or technical environment.
* Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office tools.
* Working knowledge of planning/scheduling tools, including MS Project.
* Experience using SAP and CMMS systems.
* Analytical mindset with solid data analysis skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
* Clear, confident communication skills.
