Lettings Coordinator
We’re looking for a passionate Lettings Coordinator to complement our established team based in Annesley. As a Lettings Coordinator, you will provide vital coordination of applications, tenancies and void works to achieve an efficient turnaround of vacant properties.
We are looking for an outgoing, confident and driven person who will take charge of a portfolio and push for the best possible relet outcomes.

Key responsibilities of a Lettings Coordinator
8. Draft tenancy agreements and support branches by drafting and co-ordinating the initial tenancy documentation
9. Arrange initial safety checks
10. Act on landlord’s instruction to commence marketing
11. Advise other departments such as Client Accounting and property management, of start and end of tenancy
12. Organise inventory checks
13. Provide cover for colleagues in their absence in order that deadlines are met, and service levels adhered to
14. Act as a conduit between branch and our Corporate clients
15. Carry out all administration post offer, relating to the tenancy to ensure smooth transaction and release the branch from administrative activity.
16. Ensure all correct documentation and monies are collected prior to release of keys to a property liaising with the branch as necessary.
