We are looking for a first-class leader to join our well established, successful BMW MINI York dealership as Head of Business.
The successful applicant will demonstrate that they are values and goals driven and have ambition and passion for the BMW MINI brand. You will have full accountability for all aspects of the business, including the BMW franchise, a standalone MINI operation, and an off‑site PDI Centre. This will include ownership of manufacturer relationships, driving operational excellence, maintaining strong financial and cost control, and leading an engaged and high‑performing team. A proven leadership track record is essential, as your primary focus will be to motivate and inspire colleagues to perform at their best, while ensuring full compliance with policies, processes and legislative requirements. You will also be responsible for prioritising customer and colleague health and safety, ensuring a professional, safe and compliant working environment at all times.
You must drive a culture where the business succeeds by delivering the right products and services to our customers that meet their needs, protect them from harm, and is likely to result in them returning for future business. You must act with integrity at all times and build trust. You will have a strong track record as a General Manager within the sector, with proven success in new and used vehicle sales and a drive to achieve excellence by delivering both financial and customer centric results. Working closely with our colleagues in the business to build long term customer loyalty is as ever our goal.
