We are currently recruiting for an Executive Head Chef for LHorizon Beach Hotel and Spa part of Hand Picked Hotels, this exciting role will be responsible for driving the culinary operation forward in line with the transformation and elevation of LHorizon Beach Hotel and Spa and Hand Picked Hotels as we embark on a new culinary direction for the hotel in line with the future culinary strategy.
About the role:
The role of Executive Head Chef will be responsible for ensuring that the Kitchen Brigade consistently delivers exceptional food & service, putting the guest experience at the heart of culinary operation.
This role will have a focus on all areas of the culinary operation, with the potential to create a new and exciting dining offering to complement our vision and aspirations for LHorizon Beach Hotel to be at the forefront of the local culinary scene within Jersey.
You will be responsible for delivering our overall philosophy of Service, Excellence & Consistency within the culinary operation.
As Executive Head Chef you will lead the brigade to ensure the effective delivery of the menu development, whilst having a good understanding of business financials including labour costs, forecasting and budgets in line with the KPIS.
Our Executive Head Chefs are required to be innovate and develop their menus with their own distinctive style, inspiring their colleagues and our guests alike.
You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy, and secure workplace environment, following all work protocols, and engaging the team with training initiatives.
