As a crucial element of Bacardi’s global operational footprint, our Glasgow Operations site (Westthorn) produces a range of premium whiskies and gin brands in support of Bacardi’s UK Supply Chain and to deliver to our customers and markets.
After a tailored training program, Bottling Line Operators become part of shift teams who work flexibly together to deliver the Westthorn production schedule for all of our customers.
Prioritising a safety‑first culture, you will operate bottling machinery and perform a range of related operational tasks to drive quality and maintain product standards, in an efficient and cost‑effective manner. You will also be encouraged to develop and continually improve our working practices and site performance.
You will work flexibly between tasks, including manual and machine operations, engaging in our team environment and supporting a positive and engaged culture – all to ensure that key production and site priorities and targets are delivered.
