Customer Service Advisor (Confidential) Warwickshire Full-Time | Permanent | Office-Based (5 days per week) Immediate Start RequiredA large, well-established organisation based in Warwickshire is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and dynamic team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a confidential opportunity within a stable and growing business that places a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The RoleAs a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a range of enquiries and ensuring a high standard of service is consistently delivered. This is a fast-paced, office-based role requiring strongmunication skills and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
2. Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues efficiently
3. Maintaining up-to-date customer records and internal systems
4. Collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of queries
5. Handlingplaints professionally and escalating where necessary
6. Meeting individual and team performance targets
About You
7. Previous experience in a customer service role (office-based preferred)
8. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills
9. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
10. A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on problem-solving
11. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
