About The Role
As a Process Technologist you will make sure that new products can be made safely, legally and to the right quality. You will run factory trials, follow the critical path and help products move from kitchen concept to full launch. If you would love to see a product on a shelf and think that you played a key role in making that happen, this is a great role for you!
Key Responsibilities
* Follow the critical path to launch new products on time.
* Run bakery or factory trials and make sure products work on the line.
* Gather key information such as microbiological, nutritional and sensory data.
* Ensure products meet food safety, legality and quality standards.
* Check new raw materials and raise concerns through HACCP if needed.
* Approve packaging artwork before launch.
About You

* Food industry or technical experience is helpful; graduates with Food Science are also welcome to apply.
* Experience in chilled manufacturing or FMCG is an advantage.
* Comfortable running or supporting factory trials.
* Understanding of HACCP, specs, raw materials and quality processes.
* Experience in cross‑functional roles such as NPD, Technical or Production is useful.
