A leading consultancy is expanding its CASS audit offering and is now looking for a skilled and ambitious professional to join their growing London team.
The Opportunity
This is a pivotal role where you'll be the go-to expert for a varied client base. You'll lead engagements, oversee a high-performing team, and manage a portfolio of financial services clients – all while shaping how CASS audit is delivered across the firm.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing a sizeable client portfolio with CASS and safeguarding audit responsibilities
Acting as the lead on technical issues, project delivery, and client relationships
Coaching, mentoring, and developing audit teams
Playing a key role in business development, including supporting bids and winning new engagements
Working flexibly in a collaborative hybrid model with 2–3 days per week in the London office
What We're Looking For
Strong background in professional services or consultancy – this is essential
Proven experience leading CASS audits and safeguarding reviews across multiple sectors
A track record of managing a portfolio of at least £500,000
Confidence with audit software tools and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple projects and engage stakeholders at all levels
