We are instructed on an excellent opportunity for junior litigation Lawyers to join the Jersey office of a leading offshore law firm with a strong international reputation. These roles offer exposure to high-quality, cross-border disputes work, early responsibility, and the chance to build a long-term offshore career in a well-established and supportive team.
The practice advises on a broad range of complex commercial litigation and restructuring matters, frequently involving multi-jurisdictional elements across key offshore and onshore jurisdictions. The work includes corporate and shareholder disputes, fraud and asset recovery matters, contentious trusts and estates, insolvency and restructuring-related litigation. You will work closely with the head of team and get excellent supervision as well as responsibility.
You should be a qualified Solicitors or Barrister admitted in England & Wales, with up to four years’ post-qualification experience in commercial litigation gained at a leading City, national, or offshore firm. Previous or current offshore experience is very welcome, but is not essential. A good career history, a strong academic background and good technical skills are essential.
