Join us in creating unforgettable experiences! As the Leisure Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Entertainment and Leisure Senior Manager to ensure the seamless operation and success of our leisure offerings.
Your mission? To drive revenue and marketing across all leisure retail areas within the Leisure and Sports department. With a keen eye for brand experience, you’ll foster innovative ideas to help us reach our internal targets.
In this dynamic role, you will lead and develop our Leisure Leaders and their teams, including Fairground, Splash, and Sports, ensuring that every guest enjoys a top-notch experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and support Leisure Leaders to deliver exceptional leisure experiences consistently.
* Assist leaders in utilizing the SAM business tool effectively.
* Evaluate the quality of all leisure experiences regularly.
* Maintain safe, clean, and presentable activity environments and leisure areas.
* Exceed customer expectations by executing leisure activities and events to the highest standards.
* Collaborate with the Entertainment and Leisure Senior Manager and other key stakeholders on scheduling for each break.
* Drive innovative ideas and initiatives to boost revenue growth in leisure retail spaces, ensuring brand alignment and guest engagement.
* Support and empower the Fairground Manager, Splash Manager, and Sports Manager to lead their teams effectively.
