KPI Hospitality is currently seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative for a client near Cardiff.
This is an ongoing assignment for a minimum of 2 weeks but may be extended.
The role is 5 days over 7, with shift times varying between 8am and 5pm.
Basis of the role includes:
* Maintaining outdoor spaces, ensuring they are clean, safe, and visually appealing.
* Key tasks include lawn care (mowing, trimming, fertilizing), planting and maintaining flowers, shrubs, and trees, and removing weeds and debris.
* Handling tasks like cleaning outdoor furniture, assisting with snow removal, and operating machinery such as lawn mowers and trimmers.
Due to the location of the role, own transport is required.
