Litigation Executive / Paralegal - Motor
Our Motor team is growing, and we are seeking experienced Litigation Executives to join our Manchester office to support our growth journey!
What will you be doing?
This is a great opportunity for a Litigation Executive looking to build upon their experience, as you will be managing a litigated caseload of small claims matters dealing with liability and vehicle damage claims.
You will assist other Litigation Executives/Claims Handlers as needed with an average case load of 100 files. Previous litigation experience handling claim files, especially defendant cases, is preferred.
Responsibilities include drafting documents, applications, offers, orders, and directions; attending telephone conferences; managing cases in line with SLAs; reviewing quantum; valuing damages; formalizing case plans; and conducting negotiations with third-party solicitors, insurers, and clients.

What do I need?
The ideal candidate will have experience handling litigated claims, preferably defendant cases, with familiarity with CPR, the SRA Code of Conduct, and motor insurance knowledge. An enthusiastic, self-motivated attitude with a desire to exceed targets and work in a fast-paced environment is essential. Initiative and creative problem-solving skills are desirable.
