As a Care Home Deputy Manager, you will support the delivery of high-quality care in a Barchester care home. You will work closely with the General Manager, taking on leadership responsibilities in their absence. You will demonstrate strong clinical, managerial, and interpersonal skills to drive continuous improvement and provide the best possible quality of life for residents.
