Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Motherwell
Contract Duration: 20 weeks (Start Date: 23/06/2025)
About the Role:
Approach Personnel are proud to be working with our valued client on an exciting construction project in Motherwell. We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Project Manager to oversee and manage fit out works on site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure work is progressing safely and according to plan
* Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations
* Coordinate logistics and site resources
* Ensure quality control and timely completion of scheduled works
* Report progress to the project team and address any on-site issues promptly
Requirements:
* Valid CSCS card
* Current SMSTS certification
* First Aid qualification
* Project management experience
* Strong communication and organisational skills
