PR Account Director
to lead on key accounts, manage a small team, and help shape the agency's future. It's a proper leadership role – but still hands-on, with room to grow.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading across a mix of
corporate and B2B PR clients
Driving
strategic and tactical delivery
– from planning to press office
Managing and mentoring two team members
Reporting clearly on
impact and ROI
Contributing to
new business
and futureproofing the agency
Working directly with the founder and senior team to keep things moving forward
What You'll Bring
5+ years' agency experience
, with a strong corporate/B2B grounding
Excellent writing, planning, and media skills
Calm, competent client management style
