Overview
As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service throughout their buying journey. From initial inquiries to the final sale, you'll be responsible for providing expert advice on our range of cars and helping customers find the perfect vehicle to suit their needs.
Duties
* Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone, offering expert advice on a range of vehicles
* Build relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and requirements
* Manage the complete sales process from initial greeting to final delivery
* Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and the latest industry trends
* Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activity
* Work collaboratively with the team to promote a positive dealership environment
Experience
* Proven experience in a car sales or retail environment is preferred, though not essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A passion for providing exceptional customer service
* Target-driven with the ability to work towards and achieve sales goals
* Full UK driving license

OTE - £40k However, earnings are uncapped
