ENT / Plastics Outpatients are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced nurse to join our dynamic team. ENT / Plastic Outpatients is an exciting and supportive environment which will facilitate the ongoing advancement of both leadership and specialist skills. There are opportunities to develop skills in Pre operative assessment, Plastic surgery wound management & Aural Care.
Main duties of the job
Candidates require relevant demonstrable skills in leadership or specialist areas such as tissue viability / wound management, pre operative assessment or aural care nursing or similar equivalent. Evidence of involvement in projects and the delivery of excellent nursing care through team working are essential as is a commitment to the advancement of ENT / Plastic surgery nursing. The candidate will need to demonstrate motivation, enthusiasm and leadership skills whilst also delivering a patient centred approach to care within our outpatient environment. The posts offered will involve clinical nursing care, unit co-ordination and team leadership.
