A bit about the role
As a Therapeutic Residential Worker, you’ll help create stability, build trust and support emotional growth. You'll work closely with mental health professionals to help embed therapeutic practises that strengthen resilience, encourage positive relationships and promote healing.
This is a role that asks for empathy, reflection and commitment, and offers the chance to create genuine, lasting change for children who deserve security and hope.
