The Role Handle payment processing and provide administrative support to the finance team as needed. Perform accurate data input, ensuring financial systems and records are kept up to date. Manage and update customer accounts, assisting with queries and issue resolution. Utilise Microsoft Excel to compile and organise financial reports. Build and sustain effective working relationships with clients and customers. The Person Prior experience in an administrative or customer-facing position. Comfortable working with figures, with a keen eye for detail in data-related tasks. Proficient in IT systems, especially Microsoft Excel.
