What we are looking for:
Here at Riverside Direct, we are searching for a skilled Electrician to help benefit the lives of their local community. Based in Essex/Ilford/North London.
Role Criteria:
* Experience with installing, servicing and maintaining electrical systems and appliances in accordance with the current Edition of The IET Wiring Regulations.
* Knowledge to install, repair, inspect & test electrical installations and the ability to fill in correctly the appropriate Electrical Certificate or Electrical Condition Report.
* Carry out EICRs and remedial upgrades to void properties, occasionally carry out day-to-day repairs.
Qualifications required:
* NVQ/SVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation Work or City & Guilds 2360 Part 2 certificate or SCOTVEC National Certificate in Electrical Installation.
* 17th Edition AMD 3 and/or 18th edition.
* City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection, testing and certification) or equivalent (G&G 2394/95).
* Ideally previous domestic, social housing experience preferred but not essential.
