Overview
Role: System Integration Lead at Teleconsult. The role provides remote and on-site technical support to medical and office staff, manages server and network administration, oversees system integrations with clients and partners, and drives IT infrastructure improvements. The position requires deep platform knowledge to support IT engineers and define reporting workflows with external customers.
Key responsibilities
* Collaborate with IT Support Engineers and provide global IT assistance during and outside office hours.
* Train new employees and doctors, configure workstations, and manage user accounts and permissions.
* Lead and contribute to internal and external system integration and development projects.
* Maintain and update IT documentation, oversee server maintenance, and ensure platform performance and security.
* Follow quality, security, and environmental policies, manage assigned assets and risks, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
* Engineer or proven record from IT-support
* Minimum 3 years of experience from relevant area
* Advanced knowledge of data privacy and information security
* Knowledge of Windows VPN TCP/IP Hyper-V Scripting Firewall
* Strong OS and server administration skills in a mixed environment (Windows, Linux, Mac OS X)
* Basic scripting and programming skills
* Experience with healthcare-related technologies, protocols and standards is a plus (DICOM, HL7, MirthConnect, others)
* Out-of-the-box thinking without limitation to a single technology
* Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal). Swedish and/or Spanish is a plus
* Service oriented; social & communicative, diplomatic, able to work in an international virtual team environment
* Ability to adapt to a multi-disciplined work environment
* Ability to coordinate complex technical challenges with composure and professionalism
* High energy to work in a fast-paced environment
