Job Title: Field Sales Account Manager
Location: Covering Bath & Bristol region
Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 + performance-related bonuses
Role Summary:
We’re looking for a driven and experienced Field Sales Account Manager to cover the Bath and Bristol region. The ideal candidate will have a background in beverage sales within the FMCG sector, with a strong track record of managing customer relationships and achieving growth targets.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a key territory, working with a mix of existing customers and new business opportunities. You’ll represent a well-respected brand and play a pivotal role in driving regional performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow existing customer relationships across the Bath and Bristol region
* Identify and convert new business opportunities within the on-trade, wholesale, and retail sectors
* Negotiate pricing, promotions, and distribution agreements to maximise volume and visibility
* Deliver excellent customer service through regular account visits and ongoing support
* Monitor and report on territory performance, competitor activity, and market trends
* Collaborate with wider commercial and marketing teams to support campaigns and launches
* Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times
Requirements:
* Proven sales experience within beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) in the FMCG sector
* Strong understanding of the drinks trade and existing industry contacts preferred
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to manage your own schedule effectively
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel regularly across the region
