The Role As a Contracts Assistant, you will provide essential operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of projects. Working closely with the Contract Design Manager and Operations team, youll help steer projects forward by maintaining up-to-date programmes, tracking progress, assisting with cost reporting, and ensuring the right information reaches the right people at the right time. Alongside this, you'll also provide key administrative support by organising meetings, handling correspondence, preparing agendas, managing timesheets, and assisting in appraisal follow-ups and internal software maintenance. Additionally, you will: - Monitor procurement schedules and follow up with purchasing teams and suppliers - Assist with production releases and create part overlays and shipment schedules - Upload and manage drawings using document control systems - Conduct drawing checks and help track revisions that impact project delivery - Support design input through 2D mark-ups, survey reviews, and 3D AutoCAD checks - Assist with quality tasks, including internal passport systems and creating labels and forms About You To be considered as a Contracts Assistant, you will need: - Good communication and organisational skills - Strong attention to detail - The ability to meet objectives within time and resource constraints - An analytical and problem-solving mindset - Accurate record-keeping abilities - Full, valid driving licence, preferably clean Although not essential, experience in AutoCAD/Monday.com/Microsoft Office is highly desirable.
