The ideal candidate will begin their journey as a Client Manager Assistant, supporting our Client Management team, undertaking a wide range of general tax, accounting, bookkeeping and payroll duties.
The role will see candidates involved in the tax return process from day one, growing into areas of bookkeeping, management accounts and statutory accounts, then later developing into a specialist client adviser role able to help clients with a wide range of topics.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
· Minimum of eight GCSE's, including English and Maths, grades A*- C/9-5
· Three A-Levels, grades A*- C/9-5 or equivalent school or college qualification
Or
· AAT qualification and/or degree in a relevant subject with a minimum 2:1
What we offer:
* A supportive and friendly working environment based at our Kings Lodge office in West Kingsdown, near Brands Hatch in Kent,
* Competitive salary between £21,160 to £24,785 per annum, depending on experience and qualification
* Complete study package for the AAT and ACA or ACCA qualification, which includes up to 30 days paid study leave per year and all course costs paid
* Working hours of Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm – 37.5 hours per week
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to take part in several selection processes, including an invitation to a recruitment event in April 2026, to participate in a group exercise and speed interviews, which will then be followed by a skills assessment, and competency-based interview in May/June 2026, with offers made by the end of June 2026.
The proposed start date for the successful candidate will be September 2026.
