Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a unified global strategy across content, digital growth, and events.
* Lead the adoption and scaling of AI tools to optimize marketing performance and reshape workflows.
* Design and manage budgets, set team goals, and forecast hiring needs.
* Build commercial PR strategies aligned with business objectives and sales enablement.
* Deliver high-impact global marketing events that elevate brand presence.
* Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns.
* Conduct market intelligence to stay ahead of competitors in emerging regions.
* Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and alignment.
* Fluent in English (Spanish is a big plus).
* Based in Europe, with flexibility to travel globally.
* Deep experience in global B2B marketing, including brand, vertical, and lead generation.
* Familiarity with emerging markets such as China, APAC, India, LatAm, Middle East, and Africa.
* Passionate about AI in marketing, with a track record of implementing AI tools and strategies.
* Data-driven, results-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Qualifications
* Deep experience in global B2B marketing, including brand, vertical, and lead generation.
* Familiarity with emerging markets such as China, APAC, India, LatAm, Middle East, and Africa.
* Track record of implementing AI tools and strategies in marketing.
