A leading legal firm is seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to handle a variety of commercial property transactions, advising clients across sectors like real estate, retail, and corporate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord-tenant issues.
* Advising clients on property investments, developments, and property finance.
* Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, licenses, and contracts.
* Conducting due diligence on title documents and property searches.
* Building strong client relationships and delivering tailored legal advice.
Qualifications:
* Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (1-4 years PQE preferred).
* Proven experience in commercial property law.
* Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.
