Are you a detail-oriented and reliable team player with warehouse experience? Restore Harrow Green is looking for a Warehouse Operative to support our growing operation by managing, receiving, and distributing clients assets with precision and care.
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital part in ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, youll be a key contributor to delivering top-quality service to our internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing and picking orders from internal and external warehouses
* Operating IT systems including stock control software and Microsoft Office
* Liaising with clients and internal teams via phone, email, and face-to-face
* Administering stock control, managing stock checks, and handling deliveries
* Maintaining paperwork accuracy to match incoming/outgoing stock
* Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with H&S regulations
* Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets and deadlines
About You
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Forklift Truck Certification Reach & Counterbalance with experience operating FLT trucks
* Emergency First Aid at Work certification (training can be provided)
* Previous experience in a warehouse role
* Strong time management and prioritisation skills
* Comfortable with physical work and manual handling
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A trustworthy, responsible attitude when handling client assets
* Ability to work well both independently and within a team
