We're recruiting for a motivated and organised Parts Advisor at Bury St Edmunds Audi.
About the role
You will be an energetic team player who keeps our busy Parts department running smoothly and efficiently.
As a Parts Advisor, you will need to ensure that walk-in and telephone customers are promptly attended to and that sales targets are met. You will be meticulous with the administration of the parts department, check stock levels and manage deliveries. You will always aim to deliver an exceptional experience to all customers, whether internal or external.
Alongside your customer-first attitude, you will maximize sales, maintain customer retention, and exceed targets. Your passion for the product and delivering outstanding customer service will be evident in everything you do.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Commitment to delivering customer excellence
* A good standard of verbal and numerical reasoning
* Previous experience in a target-driven role
* Core skills in computing, including web systems, email, and Excel
* Experience with Kerridge/CDK is an advantage
* A full, clean driving license, as the role includes van delivery
