Our Role: Line Coordinator
As a Line Coordinator, you'll lead a designated production area, ensuring operational targets, processing efficiency, and quality standards are consistently achieved. You'll take ownership of your line, prevent downtime through proactive problem-solving, and drive team performance through leadership, coaching, and development.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate your team to meet production KPIs and deadlines.
* Champion health & safety, food safety, and quality assurance across your line.
* Minimise equipment breakdowns and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure effective staff deployment and support seamless shift handovers.
* Foster a collaborative culture and encourage team development through coaching and role rotation.
* Support operational documentation, record keeping, and waste reduction activities.
* Communicate clearly and professionally across teams and shifts.
* Provide cross-functional support in other factory areas when required.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Experience in a food manufacturing environment.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Proven ability to lead by example, manage people, and develop high-performing teams.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to standards.
Desirable:
* Level 2 Food Hygiene certification.
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
